Hot-Diggity, Dog-Diggity
When my husband and I reconnected after thirty years apart (we had gone to high school together) we found out that we both had a weiner dog.

My dog's name is Thumper. We call him Thumpy Geez because he's 13 years-old now, which I think is nine million years old in dog years. Thumpy Geez is a red smoothcoat with lots of grey in his muzzle now.

John's dog's name is Julius. We call him Tippy-Tippy because when he runs, he does a tip-toe hop and a skip movement that is adorable, and odd. Julius is close to four years-old now. Julius is a brindle.
These two boys absolutely adore each other and their camaraderie lends itself to lots of great pics.

They also love their dad, especially Thumpy-Geez, because John tells him stories of all the adventures he (Thumper) has had in his past life that he can't recall now. Apparently (according to John) Thumpy has fought with the French Foreign Legion, hopped a train to N' Awlins to work on coastal oil rigs, been a double agent infiltrating Al Capone's organization, and counseled Mahatma Ghandi.
